What is ISAARS?
ISAARS is the Information Systems Alert And Reporting System.
Put simply our system keeps talking with your system to ensure it is operating correctly. When it doesn't ISAARS tells us so we can take whatever action is required.
We can monitor your Exchange or Notes server, Internet connectivity, Blackberry Enterprise server, hard disk space - even the temperature inside your comms rack!

ISAARS detected an email delivery issue for a customer at 7:00am. We were able to trace and rectify a DNS issue within the hour. The customer lost no inbound or outbound email as a result of our continuous monitoring during the holiday period.
